About the role

As a Cook at TAG USA, you are the reason customers keep coming back. Every TAG USA outlet works on one recipe and process system, so you will be trained step by step to prepare our menu exactly the same way, every time. If you love food and want to build a career in the kitchen, this is a great place to start.

What you will do

  • Prepare pizzas, burgers, wraps, pasta, sandwiches, fries and sides as per TAG USA recipes
  • Handle pizza dough, sauces and toppings in the right quantities
  • Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage clean and hygienic
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Work as a team to get orders out hot and on time, especially during rush hours

What we are looking for

  • Freshers welcome: no prior experience required (kitchen experience is a plus)
  • 18 years or older
  • Interest in cooking and willingness to learn
  • Punctual, clean and comfortable working on your feet

Salary and incentives

  • Start: ₹11,000 per month + incentives
  • After 3 months: ₹13,000 per month + incentives
  • Grow up to: ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Incentives are based on sales, festive season, and outlet performance, including sanitation and hygiene at the store, customer satisfaction and ratings.
