About the role
Delivery riders are the last step between our kitchen and a happy customer. You will pick up orders from your TAG USA outlet and deliver them safely, quickly and politely to customers in the surrounding area.
What you will do
- Deliver orders from the outlet to customers safely and on time
- Check orders before leaving and handle them carefully so food arrives hot
- Collect payment where required and hand over correctly to the outlet
- Be polite and helpful with every customer
- Help in the outlet during non-delivery time when needed
What we are looking for
- Freshers welcome
- 18 years or older
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Smartphone with Google Maps and WhatsApp
- Good knowledge of the local area
Salary and incentives
- Start: ₹11,000 per month + incentives
- After 3 months: ₹13,000 per month + incentives
- Grow up to: ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Incentives are based on sales, festive season, and outlet performance, including sanitation and hygiene at the store, customer satisfaction and ratings.
