About the role
Kitchen Helpers keep a TAG USA kitchen running smoothly. You will help the cooks with preparation, pack orders, and keep the kitchen spotless. It is the ideal first job in the food industry. Many helpers learn our recipe system on the job and grow into cooks.
What you will do
- Wash, cut and prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders neatly and correctly
- Wash utensils and keep the kitchen and storage clean
- Help cooks during busy hours
- Follow hygiene and food safety rules
What we are looking for
- Freshers welcome: no experience required
- 18 years or older
- Hard-working, punctual and willing to learn
- Clean and careful with food
Salary and incentives
- Start: ₹11,000 per month + incentives
- After 3 months: ₹13,000 per month + incentives
- Grow up to: ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Incentives are based on sales, festive season, and outlet performance, including sanitation and hygiene at the store, customer satisfaction and ratings.
