About the role

TAG USA is growing fast, with new outlets and a national franchise model. As a Marketing Executive at our Mohali corporate office, you will help tell that story online and on the ground, from Instagram content and outlet launches to college and corporate tie-ups. Freshers with BBA, MBA, mass communication or simply a strong social media sense are welcome to apply.

What you will do

  • Plan and post content for TAG USA Instagram and Facebook
  • Support new outlet launches and local promotions
  • Build tie-ups with colleges, offices and local communities
  • Coordinate with creators and influencers for food reviews
  • Keep outlet listings, offers and website content up to date
  • Help follow up on franchise enquiries

What we are looking for

  • Freshers welcome: BBA, MBA, mass communication or a similar background preferred
  • Good with Instagram, Reels and basic design or video editing tools
  • Clear communication in Punjabi, Hindi and English
  • Willing to travel to outlets across Punjab

Salary and incentives

  • Start: ₹11,000 per month + incentives
  • After 3 months: ₹13,000 per month + incentives
  • Grow up to: ₹25,000 per month + incentives

Incentives are based on sales, festive season, and outlet performance, including sanitation and hygiene at the store, customer satisfaction and ratings.
