About the role
The Store Manager owns the day-to-day success of a TAG USA outlet. You will lead the team, keep our quality and hygiene standards high, manage stock and cash, and make sure every customer, walk-in or WhatsApp order, has a great experience. As TAG USA grows through new outlets and franchises, strong managers grow with us.
What you will do
- Lead, schedule and train the outlet team (cooks, helpers and delivery riders)
- Ensure every order follows the TAG USA recipe and process system
- Manage inventory, ordering, wastage and daily cash
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and outlet presentation standards
- Handle WhatsApp orders, customer feedback and complaints
- Track daily sales and work towards outlet targets
What we are looking for
- Around 2 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, cafe or retail store (supervisor level or above preferred)
- Good communication in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English
- Comfortable with a smartphone and basic billing / spreadsheets
- Leadership, honesty and a calm approach during rush hours
Salary and incentives
Salary is based on your experience and is discussed at interview. On top of salary, you earn performance incentives. Incentives are based on sales, festive season, and outlet performance, including sanitation and hygiene at the store, customer satisfaction and ratings.
