Order Process:

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by TAG USA
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept cash on delivery, online payments, and digital wallets
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST; 5% GST (2.5% CGST + 2.5% SGST) is added to your bill
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Delivery is available to select areas within our service radius
• Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery
• Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other external factors
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
• For pickup orders, customers must collect within the specified time window

• We maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• All ingredients are fresh and sourced from trusted suppliers
• Customers with food allergies should inform us before ordering
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to shared kitchen facilities
• Consumption of raw or undercooked foods is at your own risk

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement
• Once food preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible
• Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for cancellation requests

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed for orders that cannot be fulfilled
• Quality issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund method will match the original payment method
